Shipping policy

At Dan Martin Jewelers, we are honored to be part of your special moments. To ensure a smooth and delightful experience, please review our shipping policy below:

1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom Orders: For custom, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry, please allow up to 2-6 weeks for crafting before shipment, depending on the item.

Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days — $5.95 or free on orders over $100.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days — $19.95.

  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day — $34.95 (available within the U.S. only).

All shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total.

3. Shipping Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

4. International Shipping

  • We currently ship internationally to select countries.

  • International delivery times may vary between 7–21 business days.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

5. Shipping Insurance

All orders over $200 are automatically insured at no additional cost to you.
For orders under $200, insurance can be added at checkout for an additional fee.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at wecare@danmartinjewelers.com so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.

  • Damaged Packages: If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
